Following are DAF Maximizer clarifiers in various stages of assembly at Accurate Mechanical Contractors Inc (AMCI).
AMCI has exclusive agreements for the manufacture and installation of DAF Corp wastewater treatment equipment. All
clarifiers are preassembled and tested at the factory. The customer may inspect them at one of AMCI's two facilities
in Kaukauna, WI, prior to disassembly and shipment.

This 10' FC Maximizer is ready for final inspection. Total hydraulic capacity of this unit is 270 G.P.M.
Typical FC-60, 6' dia., 45 g.p.m. clarifier completely fabricated out of 304-L S/S
33' FC Maximizer completed on shop floor. Hydraulic capacity of this clarifier is about 2580 G.P.M. w/recycle flow.
Typical 27' dia. clarifier fabricated with a carbon steel rim, tank stiffeners and support bridge.
All wetted parts are 304 L stainless steel.
Low-profile, skid-mounted DAF clarifiers are very popular. Controls, recycle pumps, sludge pump and sludge tank are supplied, pre-piped, wired, and ready for the customer to just plug in.
